Bridge UCITS Funds ICAV is an Irish UCITS umbrella fund regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. Working with Carolon Capital, the umbrella fund establishes relationships with investment managers wishing to offer their unique strategies to investors in UCITS funds. The solution provides investment managers with easy access to European markets without the need to establish their own UCITS fund platform. Distribution services can also be provided by Carolon Capital.

The activities of Bridge UCITS Funds ICAV are determined by an independent Board of Directors and managed by Bridge Fund Management Ltd. The administrator and trustee services are provided by Caceis Investor Services Ireland Ltd.
